Mental Health Awareness Week

There is no doubt that our lives have been disrupted in unimaginable ways. We’re missing so many of the things we perhaps used to take for granted. The impact of weeks on end of isolation and monotony are leaving many of us feeling anxious, sad, lonely, and overwhelmed. It’s ok to not be ok. This is a pandemic, not a productivity contest. We’re pressing pause this week to reflect on how we can be kinder to ourselves and to others. It’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek – here’s a little summary of our reflections…
