We celebrated 20 years of Playtech with a cultural mash-up to immerse all UK employees in Playtech’s ‘One Company’ culture.

The world’s largest online gaming software supplier, Playtech, asked us to help them celebrate their 20th birthday in style and unite the three parts of the business as one company. It was a prime opportunity to immerse their teams in their four core values: Integrity, Innovation, Excellence and Performance.

We unpicked the meaning behind each of these values and developed a ‘culture rave’ experience called ‘We Win As One’, held at their super-cool new London offices.

Thought-provoking props and visual vinyl’s transformed familiar spaces, as a live DJ provided a ‘Playtech Playlist’ to add pace, and the leadership team became values ambassadors and hosts for the day.

Each activation was carefully curated to appeal to a mostly millennial workforce – short, sharp, high-energy bursts of content delivered in fun and experiential ways.

Activations included everything from an innovation hackathon to learning excellence from a legendary football freestyler, integrity debates around ethical questions and learning about performance from a martial arts expert.

This was an example of bringing behaviours to life despite a very limited budget, uncertainties and a very tight deadline. As the delighted client put it: “everyone is united by our shared vision, ambition and values.”
